ME Miami by Melia
Located in Downtown Miami across from Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), ME Miami opened in 2016. This pet-friendly hotel features sunrise and sunset view pools lined with cabanas and a 14th floor rooftop terrace inspired by NYC. Washington Park Hotel
Now open in South Beach, Washington Park Hotel is a restored collection of four Art Deco buildings located on Washington Avenue, between 10th and 11th Street. It boasts 182 rooms and the acclaimed New York City Employees Only bar and restaurant, a Prohibition Era speakeasy-style locale inside the hotel’s early 20th-century, on-property bungalow, and sits on more than an acre of lush garden space.
Nobu Eden Roc Miami Beach
Chef Nobu, Academy award-winner Robert DeNiro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper are the masterminds behind the much anticipated Nobu Eden Roc Miami Beach. The multi-million dollar vision revitalized and re-launched the Eden Roc name and property in 2016, making it two hotels in one. The hotel now features 210 guest rooms, a signature Nobu restaurant and bar, an additional new beach front restaurant concept, spa and two luxurious pools. David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group led the design of the project’s interiors, ensuring that both the Morris Lapidus ethos was preserved and the renowned name of the Eden Roc Miami Beach was re-launched in pure style.
The Faena Hotel Miami Beach
The Faena District, a brand new art and cultural hub located between 32nd and 36th Streets on Miami Beach, includes the 169-room Faena Hotel Miami Beach. Designed by film director Baz Luhrmann and his wife Catherine Martin, the hotel is a renovation of the historic Saxony Hotel. The property includes a 3,000-square-foot theater featuring live cabaret shows, a luxury spa and a restaurant helmed by Argentinian chef Francis Mallmann, named Los Fuegos. The project is the brainchild of Argentine developer Alan Faena and business partner Len Blavatnik.
The Langford Hotel
Located in Downtown Miami, The Langford is a new 128-room boutique hotel housed inside the 1920s-era Miami National Bank. The first historical hotel in the area, the property includes a rooftop bar and a restaurant named PB Station. A concept from Pubbelly Restaurant Group, the American craft-style eatery features classic and Latin cuisine by the James Beard nominated Chef Jose Mendin.
The Confidante By Hyatt
Once the Thompson Miami Beach, this Art Deco hotel was recently renovated to become The Confidante By Hyatt. An ode to Miami’s mid-century age, it fuses historic architecture, eclectic eateries and a cosmopolitan flair. Walk through the entrance to the hotel and you’ll find a spacious lobby with a stunning crystal chandelier and two restaurants on either side: Seagrape, a Floridian restaurant by Miami native and James Beard Award-winning chef, Michelle Bernstein, and TALDE, an Asian-American fusion concept by celebrity chef Dale Talde. The hotel’s 363 rooms have contemporary Art Deco furnishings. And at the pool you’ll find The Backyard, an outdoor hotspot that serves food and drink to guests by the pool, on the beach or in the garden.
